By downloading, accessing, or using RWorldLinks (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms govern your use of all RWorldLinks services, including social networking, AI services, and our global marketplace.
2. User Account & Security
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities and transactions that occur under your account.
- Being at least 13 years of age (or older, depending on local jurisdiction) to use basic social features, and 18 years of age to participate in the Marketplace or RW Coin economy.
3. The Social Economy (RW Coins & Marketplace)
RWorldLinks utilizes a native virtual currency called RW Coins for premium features, live gifting, and marketplace participation.
- Purchases: All purchases of RW Coins are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Marketplace Rules: We provide a platform for buyers and sellers but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised. Any disputes must be resolved between the transacting parties, though we reserve the right to ban fraudulent users.
- Gifting: Virtual gifts sent during Live Streams are non-reversible and represent a voluntary contribution to the creator.
4. Artificial Intelligence & Translation
Our platform includes advanced AI features such as real-time language translation and personal AI assistance.
- Accuracy: While our AI models strive for high accuracy in real-time language translation, we do not guarantee perfectly error-free translations. RWorldLinks is not liable for miscommunications resulting from AI translation discrepancies.
- Usage Limitations: Attempting to reverse-engineer, spam, or exploit the AI Assistant API is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5. User-Generated Content & Conduct
RWorldLinks promotes a safe, inclusive global community. You retain ownership of your content (Posts, Reels, and Live Streams), but by posting, you grant us a license to display it globally.
- You agree not to post illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
- Bullying, harassment, or doxxing via Live Chat or Street View features is strictly forbidden.
- We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate our safety standards.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use RWorldLinks will immediately cease, and all active RW Coin balances may be forfeited.
